When a person supported through the Modern Slavery Victim Care Contract (MSVCC) receives a conclusive grounds (CG) decision, arrangements will be made for their support to end.
A person who receives a positive conclusive grounds (CG) decision should receive a further 45-day move-on period before support ends.
Before support is ended, the support provider should carry out a recovery needs assessment to determine whether an extension of support is required.

A person who receives a negative conclusive grounds (CG) decision should receive up to 14 days' move-on support before support ends.
