In England and Wales, support for survivors of trafficking and modern slavery is provided through the Modern Slavery Victim Care Contract (MSVCC).
MSVCC support may include safe accommodation, financial support and outreach support to help meet a person's recovery needs and reduce the risk of further exploitation.
MSVCC support is not classed as a public fund for immigration purposes. This means support can be provided to a person with the no recourse to public funds (NRPF) condition.
A person who does not require safe accommodation may still be able to receive financial support and outreach support.
