A pregnant woman or parent can apply through the NHS website or ask their midwife or health visitor for help with the application.
Families with no recourse to public funds (NRPF) who have a British child will need to request an application form by email at: healthystartclaim@dhsc.gov.uk. See the Healthy Start extension guidance for further information.
