  • Part 1: Introduction to 'no recourse to public funds' (NRPF)
  • Part 2: Social Services and Wellbeing (Wales) Act 2014 & section 117 of the Mental Health Act 1983 
  • Part 3: Human rights assessments when the Schedule 3 exclusion applies and resolving cases
