  • Part 1: Introduction to 'no recourse to public funds' (NRPF)
  • Part 2: Providing accommodation under the Social Work (Scotland) Act 1968 & Mental Health (Care and Treatment) Act 2003 
  • Part 3: Human rights assessments when the Schedule 3 exclusion applies and resolving cases
