Annual monitoring report
The Annual Monitoring Report reviews how effective the council has been in using its planning policies to influence the development of the borough.

Previous Annual Monitoring Report documents are available on request. The Annual Monitoring Reports for 2020 and 2021 are not available yet but will be published soon.
We published the housing trajectory for 2019/20 in March 2021 as part of the draft Local Plan examination. Download it from the 'useful documents' at the bottom of the page. This document updates the previous figures in the 2018/19 interim housing trajectory contained in the AMR (Authorities Monitoring Report) for 2018/19. We will publish an update to the housing trajectory soon.
