Some online services unavailable on Saturday 23 November and Monday 25 November

Due to essential maintenance some of our online services will be unavailable over the next few days.

  • On Saturday 23 November between 9am–5pm you will be unable to view your council tax, council tax support and housing benefits accounts or documents while we upgrade our systems.
  • On Monday 25 November between 6–11pm our online parking services will be unavailable. During this time, you won’t be able to review or pay for parking tickets or buy parking permits or visitor vouchers.

We are sorry for any inconvenience while we carry out these necessary works.

Fees schedules

All applications must be accompanied by the correct fee. The fee payable with your application depends on the type of work being undertaken.

To view the fees, refer to the Building Control Charges and Explanatory Notes document, or telephone our office on 020 7527 5999 for a quote.

Payment of outstanding Building Regulation fees will be sought from the stated owner of the property as per the application details provided. However, should it be appropriate to submit a commencement notice and alternative payment instructions are provided, then payment will be sought as directed.

Should it be necessary for us to make further enquiries due to non-payment of invoices, fees may increase and additional costs are likely to be passed on to responsible parties.

Completion certificates will be issued subject to satisfactory completion of works in accordance with the building regulations and full payment of fees due.

  • Requests to cancel an application will incur a basic fee £125.30 plus VAT.
  • You need to pay a charge of £125.30 plus VAT per hour, or part thereof, for the time spent on administration of the application and any subsequent review by one of our surveyors.
