Some online services unavailable on Saturday 23 November and Monday 25 November

Due to essential maintenance some of our online services will be unavailable over the next few days.

  • On Saturday 23 November between 9am–5pm you will be unable to view your council tax, council tax support and housing benefits accounts or documents while we upgrade our systems.
  • On Monday 25 November between 6–11pm our online parking services will be unavailable. During this time, you won’t be able to review or pay for parking tickets or buy parking permits or visitor vouchers.

We are sorry for any inconvenience while we carry out these necessary works.

Parking

Visitor e-vouchers

How to use, register for and buy visitor e-vouchers, a more convenient way of letting your visitors park in Islington

What you need to provide

To purchase e-vouchers you will need:

  • your visitor’s vehicle registration number
  • to know how long your visitor is staying
  • a valid debit or credit card.

Please read the e-voucher terms and conditions.

Verify your address

If you have not bought e-vouchers before we may need to verify your address. If possible this will be done automatically using the electoral roll.

If not, you will need to provide documentation for our customer service team to confirm.

We can accept:

  • bills - current council tax bill or a gas, water, electricity or landline phone bill dated within the last three months
  • driving licence
  • tenancy agreement
  • Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) letter dated within the last six months.

Make sure when you scan or take a photo of your documents that they can be clearly read and show all parts of the document. Once you provide the relevant documentation it usually takes two working days for your account to be verified.

If you cannot use the internet

If residents don’t have online access, residents can call 020 7527 1414 or visit the Islington Customer Centre, 222 Upper Street, N1 1XR. Residents can also visit their local library.
