Services over Easter 2025
There will be changes to some services in April due to the Easter bank holiday.
Customer service centre
Access Islington hubs and the customer service line (020 7527 2000) will be closed from 5pm on Thursday 17 April until 9am on Tuesday 22 April.
Don't forget you can access most services online. Use the homepage or search the website to find the service you need. Or send us a message and we'll get back to you after the bank holiday.
Rubbish and recycling
Between Friday 18 April and Friday 25 April, your collection day will be different to normal.

Parking enforcement

An on-call registrar is available on Friday 18 April, Saturday 19 April, Sunday 20 April and Monday 21 April between 9.30am and 12.30pm. They are available for registering deaths and issuing burial certificates for funerals taking place within 24 hours. Please call 0207 527 2000 during these hours to be connected to the on-call registrar.
