Surveys have been carried out at Park View Estate, Birchmore Walk, Highbury Quadrant and Catheral House. These surveys have given us the information we need to decide what cyclical improvement works will be carried out to your block and estate.
The list of improvements to some blocks includes:
- Roof repairs/renewals
- Window repair/renewal
- Unblocking guttering
- Communal door repairs
- Tank repairs/renewal
- Redecoration of the external and communal areas
- Relocation of bin storage area to the grass area opposite 1-52 Park View for improved fire safety.
We will also be carrying out fire safety works in the communal areas following Fire Risk Assessment (FRA) surveys that will be carried out when starting on site. If these surveys identify any asbestos, this will be removed if necessary following asbestos removal guidelines. Please note that this is not an exhaustive list.
