The Capital Team completed surveys at Noll House, Docura House, Didbin House, Wesley Close, four storey blocks, and two storey houses. These surveys have given us the information we need to decide what cyclical improvement works will be carried out to your block and estate.
The list of improvements to the Andover block includes roof repairs/renewals, window repair/renewal, unblocking guttering, communal door repairs, tank repairs/renewal redecoration of the external and communal areas, and landlords electrical supply. We will also be carrying out fire safety works in the communal areas. Please note that this is not an exhaustive list.
