Update 22 September 2015:
Thank you to everyone who took the time to respond to the notices of intention that we issued on 14 August 2015 about the council’s plans to enter into contracts for the supply of electricity and gas. We will now be applying to the First Tier Tribunal (FTT) for dispensation from some of the consultation requirements relating to the second stage notice (notice of proposals). We will post updates relating to the FTT case on this webpage, including dates of the hearing.
If you would like more information about the council’s energy procurement strategy you can read the Executive Report.
