  1. Join our network

Join our network to receive our e-bulletin and stay informed with legal and policy updates.

Membership of our network is open to people who are working in a council, other public body, civil service, the Voluntary and Community Sector, or academic institution.

    Email advice

We operate a free email advice service for our members to answer general enquiries relating to social services’ support, other support options, and entitlements for people with no recourse to public funds (NRPF).

Please check our website information and practice guidance before contacting us. If you still have a query after reading the relevant information, please send an enquiry by filling in our contact form. We aim to provide a response within 15 working days. If your enquiry relates to an individual’s situation, please do not include their personal details.

Our website provides a lot of information about rights and entitlements to help people find out what they may be able to apply for and where they can obtain more information or advice. We do not provide members of the public with direct financial support, advocacy assistance, immigration advice, or confirmation of entitlement to a specific service. Due to our limited capacity, these types of enquiries may not be responded to.

    Regional networks

Regional networks operate across the UK in order to develop a coordinated local response to assisting people who have no recourse to public funds (NRPF) and are destitute or at risk of homelessness.

    Find your regional network.
